Home telehealth has the potential to play a supportive role in the delivery of care and management of symptoms for HF patients at home. The proliferation of computing in our lives including smart phones, wearables, “smart home” sensors and many more tools will drastically affect disease management at home. As technology advances, there are increased opportunities and challenges that need to be considered.
